The QDLaser Gain Switched Pulsed LaserBox Series has been designed as a user friendly ns pulsed and 50ps gain switched pulsed laser source, ideal as a pulsed seeder for fiber lasers or time resolved measurements. This laser box integrates a 14-pin butterfly DFB laser with λ from 1025 to 1180nm or a DFB-SOA at 1064nm or 1120nm. Flexible and easy CW and Pulsed operations can be achieved with both external and internal trigger from single shot to 250MHz  repetition rate. All operation parameters, including pulse peak current and laser diode temperature, can be controlled by PC software via USB interface.
